Chosen Kingdom Generation was a faith based youth organization before it merged with Reborn Ministry as their youth division. It was co-founded by Lesa Anthony and Robert Nobile back in September of 2005 on the South-Side of Chicago. It later relocated to the West-side in the Garfield Park community where currently many teens are being impacted. The Executive Board made up of James Thompson, Robert Nobile, and Michael Lancaster began to vision beyond just reaching the youth to ministering to all community residences. As a result of visioning together with the members of Armitage Church Garfield, Reborn Ministry was born.

CKG's youth ministry started out in a 2 car garage which teens from the community helped to remodel. From there it began to reach out to teens in the local middle and high schools both during and after school. Next it held a basketball camp and then volunteers were sent to the schools to coach after school sports. Individual tutoring and mentoring was vital to the growth and personal impact starting from conception till today.   Robert almost daily opens up his home as he pours his life into teens becoming a role model for others in the ministry to follow.

Chosen Kingdom Generation's vision is to equip and empower urban Chicago youth to transform others in their communities through their own transformation.

Our mission is to raise up a foundational generation of leaders, of urban Chicago youth equipped through mentoring to change their community and their city.   We do this through meeting the individual needs of each of our teens by focusing on the: Physical, Spiritual, Emotional, Social, and Mental.

Mentoring happens by circling each teen with Life Coaches. These coaches: spend time with a teen, help in areas of their need, and give spiritual guidance with their relationship with Jesus Christ.

"It takes a village to raise a child"- ancient Proverb

Working together as a team to reach a child is the answer, not one group trying to carry the load and meet every possible need. Unity, Networking, Collorboration, Partnering are all ways to come along side to help assure that our teens not just survive but thrive and become all they they could possibly be.
